Summer Weights & Conditioning (Update 7-1)

Updated Lifting Times beginning on July 6, 2020

6:00AM (HS Boys)

7:00AM (HS Girls)

8:00AM (JH Lifting Girls & Boys)

5:00PM (Lifting for Detasselers when this begins)

Open gym times will remain high school on at 7:00 (HS Boys) and 8:00 (HS Girls).  

Please use the provided link to access information regarding our current weight and conditioning procedures.  Since the guideline and restriction changes are a very fluid situation, this document will be updated as we make adjustments to these practices in place to ensure our student-athletes are provided the opportunity to better themselves while following the recommended guidelines.  

Students were emailed their workout time yesterday (5/26).  If students didn't receive an email, they failed to complete the survey sent last week asking them to select their top 3 lifting times.  Students will need to contact Mr. Fleischman, brian.fleischman@overtoneagles.org, to be assigned to a lifting time.  Students will not be allowed to simply show up and be allowed to participate in lifting and conditioning activities during that time.  

Summer 2020 Weights & Conditioning 

Beginning, Monday, June 22nd we will be sponsoring open gym times for HS boys from 7-8AM and HS girls from 8-9AM.  Students are not allowed to share equipment and only sport specific drills are allowed with no contact drills allowed (no pick up games).  Changes to these regulations will be posted here.
