I am thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself as the Mathematics Teacher.  My name is Alisha Remmenga.  I have been teaching at Overton Public School since the 2007-08 School Year.

I graduated high school from Overton Public School.  After high school, I attended and graduated college from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Education and Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction.  Currently, I live on a small farm near Overton with my husband, son, daughter, cats, dogs, and numerous birds.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking care of my farm animals, and working with kids. 

This will be a FUN year of meaningful learning and engaging activities.  I have high hopes and expectations for your child and for myself.  Together we will be learning and challenging ourselves to be the best we can be!  I am fortunate to have this opportunity to educate your child and work with the parents, community, administration, faculty, and staff at Overton.
