November Newsletter

We had a great time at Grandpa’s Punkinberry Patch & our Halloween party!  Thank you to the volunteers who helped with each of those! These kids are very lucky!

Please send your November payments as soon as possible. Thank you!

It’s that time of year to start thinking about cold weather.  Please provide a warm coat, hat and gloves if possible. What a great time to teach your child to put on, button, snap, or zip his/her coat!  This is a skill children need to master in Preschool.

We have continued working on our alphabet and have now learned letters A, B, and C and are starting D this week.  Be sure to ask your child what letter he/she is learning and the sound that it makes.

Any parent interested in being on the Preschool Advisory Committee, please let us know.  We will meet 1-2 times this year.

This month we will...

Begin learning numbers, reviewing shapes & same/different

Learn letters D, E, F & G and their sounds

Learn about the First Thanksgiving

Begin the “Name Hall of Fame!”

Nov. 7—NO SCHOOL—Teacher In-Service

Nov 17 – Book Order Due Due

Nov. 23 – 2:30 Dismissal

Nov. 24-25—NO SCHOOL—Thanksgiving Break

As always, don’t hesitate to ask questions,in person, email or on Remind. If you need to sign up for Remind, please let me know.

Thank you,
